If the project is a GO, The USA PROPERTY INVESTORS will then secure the property for purchase and put it under contract.
If property/project is determined to the attractive and viable, USA Property Investors will put the property under contract and then issue a call for investment to its current investors.
Once the property is under contract USA PROPERTY INVESTORS will then issue an offering to its investors for participation in the new investment.
Once the Investment subscription is filled and the desired fundraise has been achieved, USA PROPERTY INVESTORS holdings will close on the asset and take the title to the property in the name of the subscription company in which investors have proportional ownership.
